Salary: $322,000 – $376,000

What you will do

• Oversee corporate accounting, including GL, AP, payroll, and consolidated reporting across multi-entity structures.
• Lead firmwide financial planning, annual budgeting, and multi-year forecasting to provide scenario modeling for senior leadership.
• Drive operational programs including contractor workforce governance and T&E policy management.
• Manage international expansion infrastructure, coordinating entity setup, local compliance, and payroll infrastructure.
• Modernize and automate financial systems to increase the quality and speed of financial data.
• Build and develop a high-performing team across accounting and corporate finance functions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Corporate Accounting, Corporate Finance, and/or Strategic Finance.
• Must be based in or able to work in Menlo Park or San Francisco, CA.
• Public accounting experience and CPA strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of implementing ERP, payroll, and FP&A tools.
• Experience managing multi-entity and multi-jurisdiction accounting structures.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
