Salary: $293,000 – $325,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Build and scale core financial infrastructure across the B2B business, including forecasting methodology and performance narratives.
• Lead consolidated planning across revenue, gross margin, and opex for annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Establish durable management reporting, including KPI definitions, dashboards, and executive readouts.
• Partner with B2B leadership to manage financial performance and unit economics of B2B products.
• Collaborate with Compute and Engineering teams on margin optimization and quantifying trade-offs.
• Stand up emerging high-stakes strategic projects from 0→1, creating initial financial frameworks and decision support.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate FP&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking/PE/VC, or Management Consulting.
• Meaningful operating experience in a fast-scaling technology company.
• Deep familiarity with B2B subscription and consumption/usage-based business models.
• Expert financial modeling skills (multi-scenario P&L, cash flow modeling, and sensitivity analysis).
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence for building Board-ready narratives.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
