What you will do

• Shape financial strategy for major long-term investments and capital structure decisions.
• Build rigorous financial models and scalable frameworks to evaluate strategic initiatives and funding options.
• Structure and execute complex strategic initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Translate technical and business inputs into clear recommendations for executives and the board.
• Lead high-priority workstreams from concept through execution with strong ownership.
• Apply AI to improve workflows and decision-making within the finance organization.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, capital markets, or investment banking.
• Strong understanding of capital structure, financing strategy, and debt markets.
• Experience operating in high-growth, high-complexity environments.
• Exceptional financial modeling and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in San Francisco
