• Pioneer an AI-driven recruiting engine by integrating intelligent automation and predictive analytics across the recruiting lifecycle.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global recruiting organization, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Optimize global talent acquisition processes for maximum efficiency and scalability to enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives to guide long-term workforce strategy and drive organizational alignment.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading global talent acquisition in fast-paced, high-growth enterprise SaaS companies.
• Deep understanding of how to leverage AI and automation to create efficient and equitable recruiting processes.
• Experience building and leading multi-tiered global recruiting teams with a passion for mentorship.
• Expertise in using data and analytics to drive strategy and influence executive-level decisions.
• Must be based in the United States (specifically hiring for California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington).
