What you will do
- Architect the global talent strategy as a strategic partner to the C-suite to anticipate future business needs and influence workforce planning.
- Pioneer an AI-driven recruiting engine by integrating intelligent automation and predictive analytics across the recruiting lifecycle.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global recruiting organization, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Optimize global talent acquisition processes for maximum efficiency and scalability to enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives to guide long-term workforce strategy and drive organizational alignment.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading global talent acquisition in fast-paced, high-growth enterprise SaaS companies.
- Deep understanding of how to leverage AI and automation to create efficient and equitable recruiting processes.
- Experience building and leading multi-tiered global recruiting teams with a passion for mentorship.
- Expertise in using data and analytics to drive strategy and influence executive-level decisions.
- Must be based in the United States (specifically hiring for California, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington).
