Salary: $140,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Partner with Recruiters and Product/Design leaders to build world-class teams.
• Own and scale top-of-funnel sourcing for PM and Product Design roles across the company.
• Develop creative, non-traditional sourcing strategies to engage hard-to-reach talent.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior PMs, product leaders, and designers.
• Continuously experiment with new tools and channels to improve sourcing effectiveness.
• Collaborate across the Talent team to meet bold, company-wide hiring goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a deep focus on Product Management and/or Product Design roles.
• Proven track record of engaging top PM and design talent in highly competitive markets.
• Strong product and design intuition to evaluate portfolios and assess scope.
• Clear, thoughtful communicator capable of building trust with candidates and stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Must be based in San Francisco for hybrid work.

• Deep knowledge of the AI-native product and design talent landscape.
• Strong existing network of senior PMs, product leaders, and product designers.
• Ability to use data to diagnose funnel gaps and unblock hiring challenges.
