Salary: $168,200 – $224,900 USD (for US-based candidates)

What you will do
- Lead full-cycle executive searches for VP, SVP, and proactive roles on a global scale.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the C-suite (CPO, CFO, CTPO, etc.) to align talent strategy with organizational needs.
- Design bespoke search strategies including market mapping, target company identification, and candidate positioning.
- Maintain a proprietary executive talent map across key functions and geographies for succession planning.
- Deliver data-driven market reports on compensation trends, supply/demand dynamics, and competitor movements.
- Collaborate with Finance and Total Rewards on executive-level compensation benchmarking and equity modeling.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years specifically placing VP+ level leaders in high-growth tech companies.
- Proven track record of managing confidential, complex executive searches with high discretion.
- Expertise in executive sourcing methodologies, network mapping, and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
- Deep fluency in executive compensation, including equity programs and long-term incentives for pre/post-IPO stages.
- Exceptional communication skills for delivering high-level executive presentations and outreach.
- Ability to use search metrics and data to drive hiring decisions and report to leadership.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting in global markets with cultural fluency for cross-border dynamics.
- Background in enterprise B2B SaaS, vertical SaaS, or field service software markets.
- Previous experience at a retained executive search firm.
- Experience partnering on C-1 succession planning processes.
