Salary: $208K – $245K • Offers Equity

What you will do
- Build and refine recruiting strategies for complex engineering roles using market intelligence and talent mapping.
- Partner with engineering leadership to translate business priorities into hiring plans and evolve interview processes.
- Lead and develop a team of technical recruiters, fostering high performance through coaching and feedback.
- Own funnel health, improve processes and pipelines, and build scalable sourcing partnerships.
- Drive hiring outcomes with data-driven decisions, accountability, and solutions-oriented execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing recruiting teams
- Deep expertise in full-cycle technical recruiting with a track record in high-growth environments
- Experience building high-performing recruiting teams, including coaching on assessment and stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of technical talent markets and data-driven decision-making
- Strong operator with bias for action, clear communication, and relationship-building skills
- Open to using AI responsibly to improve efficiency
