What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth in MRO and wholesale plumbing channels through strategic planning and pipeline development.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and key accounts to increase market penetration.
  • Manage and grow relationships with plumbing wholesalers and distributors to maximize retention and upsell.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis to deliver sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to optimize go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience in MRO, wholesale distribution, plumbing products, or industrial sales.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development, account management, and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
  • Ability to travel up to 60% domestically.
  • English proficiency required for stakeholder engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
