What you will do
- Drive revenue growth in MRO and wholesale plumbing channels through strategic planning and pipeline development.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and key accounts to increase market penetration.
- Manage and grow relationships with plumbing wholesalers and distributors to maximize retention and upsell.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis to deliver sustainable growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to optimize go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience in MRO, wholesale distribution, plumbing products, or industrial sales.
- Demonstrated expertise in business development, account management, and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
- Ability to travel up to 60% domestically.
- English proficiency required for stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
