What you will do

• Identify and develop new referral partnerships with real estate agents and industry professionals within the assigned territory.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular in-person visits and value-driven communication.
• Organize and conduct weekly face-to-face meetings with prospective and current referral partners.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns and lead-generation events to promote mortgage products and services.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Track and document all outreach activity, follow-ups, and performance metrics within the CRM.

Requirements

• 2+ years of business development or sales experience in mortgage, real estate, or financial services.
• Experience in administrative or office management and facilitating projects or events.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Advanced networking, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
