Sr. Staff Test Engineering Manager (Semiconductor)

Salary: $149,340–$223,700 per annum, plus bonus and equity plan eligibility.

What you will do

• Define and execute test engineering strategy across wafer sort, characterization, and production for advanced multi-site SoCs.
• Develop ATE test solutions on Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne UltraFLEX platforms.
• Establish best-known methods for post-silicon test development and drive first-time-right execution.
• Lead test architecture and DFT/testability decisions in collaboration with Design and DFT teams.
• Build and develop a high-performing test engineering team, plan resources, and coordinate work across multiple programs.
• Resolve critical technical issues, optimize test programs, reduce test time, improve yield, and support production releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with 10–15 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 7–12 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in ATE testing, test methodology, silicon processes, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Strong expertise with Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne UltraFLEX ATE tester platforms.
• Proven experience leading NPI programs through successful production release.
• Strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of C/C++, Perl, Python, Java, and Linux.
