What you will do

  • Define and drive test engineering strategy for wafer sort, characterization, and production of advanced multi-site SOCs.
  • Lead the development of ATE test solutions on Advantest 93K and Teradyne platforms.
  • Collaborate with Design and DFT teams to establish testability requirements and best-known methods.
  • Manage resource planning and lead a high-performing test engineering team across multiple programs.
  • Drive resolution of critical technical issues, test time reduction, and yield improvement initiatives.
  • Represent test engineering in program reviews and executive updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 7-15 years of professional experience in semiconductor test engineering with demonstrated leadership.
  • Strong expertise in Advantest 93K and/or Teradyne UltraFLEX ATE platforms.
  • Proven track record of leading NPI programs to successful production releases.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
  • Proficiency in C/C++, Perl, Python, Java, and Linux environments.
