What you will do
- Own the sales funnel and revenue targets for the annuities division, acting as a hands-on player-coach.
- Build and scale a team of licensed sales and operations professionals with rigorous coaching and performance metrics.
- Architect the operational backbone, including licensing, suitability, rollovers, and commissions.
- Influence product and portfolio strategy by translating customer insights and unit economics into requirements.
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine go-to-market strategies, lead quality, and sales scripts.
- Design and implement scalable operational processes from initial application to policy administration.
Requirements
- 7-12+ years of experience leading inside sales and operations teams.
- Must hold an active Life & Annuity producer license and be current with NAIC training.
- Deep expertise in the annuities market with a proven track record of exceeding personal and team quotas.
- Mastery of the end-to-end annuity process, including suitability reviews, replacements, and funding.
- Must be based in the US to handle live calls and close business.
- Strong analytical skills in forecasting, pipeline management, and use of modern CRM systems.
