Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY). Staff are expected to be in the office at least 25% of the time.

Salary: $365,000 - $435,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management for AI model and product launches, coordinating across research, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and decision-making to ensure workstreams are unblocked and launches remain on track.
• Partner with Research PMs and engineering leads to sequence work, manage dependencies, and navigate technical tradeoffs.
• Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Develop and improve scalable launch processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of launch processes and decision logs.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in technical program management delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
• Deep technical fluency capable of engaging meaningfully with ML researchers and engineers.
• Experience managing programs with significant external dependencies and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations and manage multiple parallel workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco or New York City.
