What you will do

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand market presence in Texas.
• Recruit, onboard, and optimize the performance of 1099 independent sales representatives.
• Set clear KPIs, monitor pipeline activity, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and strategic partners.
• Represent the region at trade shows, industry events, and internal sales meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to resolve customer issues and refine regional strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a regional or multi-state leadership role.
• Proven experience managing 1099 independent sales rep networks.
• Ability to travel 40–60% of the time within the Texas region.
• Strong ability to analyze data, create forecasts, and drive strategic decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• PT/OT background is a plus.
