What you will do

• Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with national strategy to meet revenue targets.
• Manage, support, and optimize the performance of a network of 1099 independent sales representatives.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new sales reps while conducting regular performance reviews and field coaching.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners in the region.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts, market insights, and competitive intelligence to internal teams.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a regional or multi-state leadership role.
• Proven experience managing 1099 independent sales rep networks.
• Must be based in the Midwest US with the ability to travel 40–60% of the time.
• Strong ability to analyze data and create forecasts to drive strategic decisions.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Professional background in Physical Therapy (PT) or Occupational Therapy (OT).
