What you will do
- Develop deep understanding of the cloud management platform and services to align with client needs.
- Own communication with vendor teams to identify and execute revenue growth opportunities.
- Manage and resolve customer-related support escalations to maintain high satisfaction.
- Negotiate long-term commitments with key stakeholders, balancing customer and company interests.
- Conduct regular quarterly reviews to track project timelines and projected cloud spending.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to provide customer feedback and prioritize product deliverables.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management supporting the UK market.
- 3+ years of experience working at a technology company.
- Proven experience supporting customers within the AWS ecosystem.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
- Technical proficiency to engage effectively with technical teams.
Nice to have
- Cloud Certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner or Google Cloud Digital Leader).
- Experience in FinOps.
