Field CTO (DevOps)

TL;DR

Field CTO (DevOps): Act as technical leader and executive sponsor for key accounts, enabling sales teams to build pipelines and close opportunities with hirify.global products with an accent on cloud automation, infrastructure, and security. Focus on articulating product value for enterprise use cases, driving C-level engagements, and influencing strategic product direction through customer feedback and thought leadership.

What you will do

• Work with sales and marketing to build pipeline through events, webinars, workshops, and thought leadership content.
• Aggregate customer feedback on products, pricing, and messaging for internal teams including R&D and enablement.
• Act as trusted technical advisor for strategic accounts, accelerating opportunities and driving adoption.
• Articulate how hirify.global products address customer technical, people, and process needs.
• Collaborate with product teams to shape future direction based on field insights.
• Lead executive briefings, advisory boards, and CISO/CxO engagements.

Requirements

• Engineering/CS/MIS Bachelor’s Degree or strong relevant industry experience.
• History of executive engagement or executive-level experience.
• Technical depth in cloud automation, DevOps, security, and distributed computing architectures.
• Experience leading or selling to large enterprises and Global 2000.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for business and technical audiences.
• Fluent English.
