What you will do

  • Review and optimize health and wellness offerings in the UK, Germany, and Japan to ensure competitiveness and alignment with budget guidelines.
  • Manage leaves of absence administration, compliance, and process documentation across the UK, Germany, and Japan.
  • Scale global benefits and leave administration processes, specifically by building and optimizing workflows in Workday.
  • Partner with centralized People Operations and external vendors like Mercer to support employee inquiries.
  • Ensure full compliance with benefits and leave regulations in global practices outside of the US.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working in UK HR and Benefits.
  • Expertise in benefits design, administration, and compliance specifically for the UK, Germany, and Japan.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HRIS configurations, testing, and delivery.
  • Strong project management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for stakeholder management.
  • Must be based in the London office
