What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR contact for the employee lifecycle across EMEA locations, including Finland, Germany, the UK, Belarus, and Poland.
• Manage end-to-end employee processes, including pre-onboarding, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Partner with managers to develop positive team dynamics and address performance issues.
• Act as the central point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
• Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and company policies, updating and communicating them as needed.
• Support day-to-day operations via HRIS updates, reporting, and managing ticketing systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience specifically within an IT or tech environment.
• English proficiency level C1 or higher (both verbal and written).
• Ability to manage large document flows and a high volume of requests.
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with managers and individual contributors.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to developing HR functions.
• Foundational knowledge of HR practices and legal compliance for effective decision-making.
