What you will do

• Manage end-to-end People Operations transition to ADP for 4–6 countries at a time, from design to post-go-live hypercare.
• Define and build standardized global payroll operating model and technical playbook for consistency across 16 countries.
• Lead change management, finalize SOPs, provide training and workshops to shift teams to automated processes.
• Ensure data integrity through cleansing, validation, audits between Workday and ADP.
• Perform UAT, testing, and integration checks for hire-to-retire lifecycle.
• Collaborate with People Team, Benefits, Legal, IT; manage two Senior People Operations Specialists.

Requirements

• 8+ years in People Operations or Payroll with proven track record in large-scale payroll system rollouts
• High proficiency in Workday (reports, data flows to payroll providers like ADP)
• Deep knowledge of HR-to-Payroll pipeline and hire-to-retire lifecycle across geographies
• Experience managing multiple projects, adaptable and proactive risk management
• Excellent communication for workshops and translating technical requirements
• Curiosity about AI tools for productivity
