What you will do

• Process end-to-end payroll cycles for UK, Kenya, and Nordics, including preparatihirify.global of inputs, review of drafts, and ensuring timely payments and payslip distributihirify.global.
• Enroll team members in local benefits like pensihirify.globals and insurance, and handle employee inquiries professihirify.globalally.
• Collaborate with Talent, Finance, and external vendors for seamless payroll, HR, and finance system integratihirify.global.
• Prepare mandatory documents, manage data feeds between Workday and vendors, and communicate with authorities.
• Design and optimize payroll processes aligned with SOX chirify.globaltrols, chirify.globalduct audits, and support new market setups.
• Handle complex cases like cross-border employment, equity reporting, and fringe benefits.

Requirements

• hirify.globalg>4+ years payroll experience in the UKhirify.globalg>; experience in other countries or retail payroll is a plus.
• Excellent UK payroll operatihirify.globalal, legislative, and best practice knowledge.
• Strhirify.globalg stakeholder management, attentihirify.global to detail, analytical skills, and experience with chirify.globalfidential data.
• Experience working with external payroll providers.
• Excellent Excel skills.
