What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle and HR operations for teams in the UK, Malta, and Gibraltar.
• Maintain and refine HR policies to ensure alignment with business growth and local regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for performance management and complex employee relations cases.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle to attract and secure top-tier talent.
• Oversee the group-wide performance review process and manage the employee engagement survey.
• Support the CFO in ensuring the long-term people strategy remains on track.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a standalone or senior HR role within fast-paced, lean environments.
• Strong command of UK employment law is essential.
• Experience with regulations in Malta and Gibraltar is highly advantageous.
• Ability to manage a high workload independently without administrative support.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Chiswick office 3 days a week.
• Willingness to travel to Malta or Gibraltar offices if required.
