TL;DR

Business Development Executive (SMB): Closing new business opportunities and managing the sales cycle for the hirify.global platform with an accent on SMB clients. Focus on building a high-quality pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, and consulting prospects on financial market data needs.

Location: Onsite in Seattle, Washington, United States. Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $95,000 base + $80,000 target commission

What you will do

  • Meet and exceed sales goals by closing new business opportunities.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality opportunities through prospecting and SDR collaboration.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of the hirify.global Platform.
  • Act as a consultant to understand client needs and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with client development and account management teams to ensure relationship success.
  • Follow structured sales processes and support company values through role modeling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in economics, finance, or related majors.
  • 3+ years of successful sales and business development experience, preferably with technology products.
  • Experience managing opportunities and workflow using Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven ability to effectively close leads.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Interest in financial markets, specifically private equity and venture capital.
