What you will do

• Serve as the primary finance partner to Partnerships and Product leadership to influence strategy and investment decisions.
• Build and maintain robust financial models to size initiatives, evaluate trade-offs, and support new business opportunities.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, driving accuracy and accountability.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Manage and develop team members through coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunities.
• Champion the adoption of AI and advanced analytics within finance workflows to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, or Consulting.
• Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders to influence strategic decisions.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Track record of managing and developing professional talent.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Austin, TX, Sherman Oaks, CA, or Mountain View, CA.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
