What you will do

• Create external financial narratives for partners, acquirers, and stakeholders using investment banking expertise.
• Own FP&A by maintaining detailed models for complex revenue streams and documenting assumptions with Finance and Data teams.
• Support Deal Desk in structuring and pricing enterprise deals cross-functionally with sales, legal, and product.
• Drive financial forecasting, planning, and automation for accuracy and defensibility.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities with analytical rigor.
• Build the Finance team and establish best practices as the company grows.

Requirements

• 2+ years in investment banking with complex financial models and strategic business perspective.
• 4+ years at growth-stage startups (ideally FinTech), leading finance teams and owning FP&A in fast-paced environments.
• Involvement in $100MM+ startup transactions (investment or acquisition).
• Experience in pricing and structuring complex B2B enterprise deals.
• Excel proficiency and obsession with detailed financial modeling.
• Curiosity-driven approach to complex problems and data analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience with Runway for FP&A.
