Salary: $135,000 - $150,000

What you will do
- Create financial modeling and cost/benefit analysis for new strategic business initiatives and ad-hoc investment analysis.
- Support evolving investor reporting requirements, annual budgeting, and quarterly forecasting.
- Leverage AI tools to support forecasting and automate monthly commission payout and reporting.
- Design and maintain incentive compensation plans in partnership with operations and people teams.
- Develop actionable KPI reporting on operating and financial performance for business leaders.
- Refine financial tools and processes to improve accuracy of plan and forecast assumptions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in finance or a related analytical field.
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Math, Computer Science).
- High proficiency in Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Experience with cloud technology offerings.
Nice to have
- Experience with companies going through an IPO or equivalent.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
