Sales Director, Majors (TOLA): Lead and manage a US Enterprise Majors sales team driving Fortune 500 revenue across the TOLA territory with an accent on security, networking, and edge computing platform value-selling. Location: Must live in Texas and travel across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas (TOLA) territory

Salary: $380,000 - $480,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own a $15–20M annual recurring revenue quota across 6–8 Enterprise Account Executives in TOLA.
  • Drive >90% forecast accuracy using Salesforce and hirify.global internal deal intelligence; run disciplined weekly pipeline inspection.
  • Coach and lead complex, multi-million dollar platform deals as a strategic deal coach and executive escalation point.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional deal teams with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, and Legal to secure technical wins.
  • Develop territory plans, identify whitespace, and use AI-assisted sales tools to improve pipeline coverage, deal velocity, and win rates.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop enterprise sales talent; mentor reps and build bench strength for future leaders.

Requirements

  • Must live in Texas and be willing to travel up to 50% within the TOLA territory.
  • 10+ years in B2B Enterprise SaaS/software sales, selling platform solutions to Fortune 500 accounts.
  • 3+ years as a First Line Sales Manager building and leading enterprise teams (minimum 5 direct reports).
  • Proven track record of 100%+ quota attainment and experience managing/closing $1M+ ARR contracts (Global 2000).
  • Deep domain knowledge in security, networking, application delivery, or edge computing and ability to articulate platform value to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Expert proficiency in strategic sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) and strong Salesforce.com competency.
