TL;DR

Location: Must be located in the Northeastern United States

Salary: $155,000 - $175,000 base plus commission

What you will do

  • Secure new revenue from Electric and Gas utilities in the Northeastern US.
  • Develop and implement integrated sales strategies and detailed account plans to capture new utility clients.
  • Expand the DSM portfolio, including energy efficiency, demand response, and transportation electrification (EVs).
  • Collaborate with Delivery and Operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and brand promise fulfillment.
  • Lead the proposal development process, providing strategic guidance on pricing and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain and grow mid- to senior-level relationships with key utility clients and strategic partners.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the Northeastern United States.
  • 8+ years of experience working with and selling to Electric and Gas utilities.
  • Established mid- to senior-level relationships with utilities across the Northeast region.
  • Proven understanding of state regulatory cycles for Demand Side Management (DSM) programs.
  • Degree from a 4-year accredited college or university.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% across the assigned regional territory.
