About the Role

You will own the full contractor partnership cycle, from identifying and qualifying high-potential prospects through negotiating terms, launching partnerships, and supporting early growth. You will build relationships with owners, sales leaders, and operations teams, manage your pipeline and forecasts in CRM tools, coordinate onboarding and training, and represent Figure at trade shows and onsite partner meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5–7 years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Working knowledge of the home improvement industry
• Proven record of meeting sales targets and closing multi-stakeholder deals
• Communication and presentation abilities
• Experience in partnership development or channel sales
• Familiarity with lending products and consumer financing
• CRM discipline and prospecting skills
• Ability to travel regularly
• Adherence to security policies and data handling procedures
• Completion of mandatory security awareness training
• Reporting of suspected security incidents or suspicious activity
• Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of contractor and channel partnerships
• Develop relationships with owners, sales leaders, and operations teams
• Present tailored partnership value propositions
• Identify, research, and qualify potential partners
• Conduct discovery calls and negotiate partnership terms
• Close new partnerships
• Coordinate partner onboarding and training
• Support partner activation, adoption, and early growth
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts in CRM systems
• Promote Figure at trade shows and industry events
• Meet prospective and existing partners onsite
