TL;DR
Learning & Development Specialist (SaaS): Leading the global onboarding program for new hires with an accent on culture integration and end-to-end experience management. Focus on designing orientation content, facilitating live sessions, and optimizing the transition of new employees into the company.
Location: Must currently live within commuting distance of Lincoln, NE; expected to work in the office at least three days per week.
Salary: $40,000 - $67,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new hires from talent acquisition handoff to their second week.
- Integrate core company values into orientation sessions to foster a warm and inclusive environment.
- Partner with IT, Workplace Ops, and People Ops to ensure seamless logistical and technical setup.
- Create and maintain orientation content on Slack and internal learning platforms.
- Lead live orientation sessions and analyze program performance based on candidate feedback.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating and delivering corporate training or onboarding programs.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and high-stakes projects with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to write inclusive content for a global audience.
- High emotional intelligence for building genuine professional relationships.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and find novel solutions to ad-hoc challenges.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Asana, Zoom, Articulate Rise, and LMS.
- Experience using AI or automated workflows to augment tasks.
- Experience working in a fast-growing SaaS or global software company.
- Background in building onboarding or training initiatives from the ground up.
