Salary: $86,000 – $163,000

What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Senior Directors and below, influencing team design, talent strategy, and business outcomes.
- Drive team effectiveness and org design initiatives by leveraging data and insights.
- Coach managers on performance management, team dynamics, and management effectiveness.
- Manage end-to-end talent processes, including performance cycles, assessments, and development planning.
- Resolve complex employee relations matters and investigations with sound judgment and confidentiality.
- Contribute to workforce planning and lead execution of team transformation and change initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 4+ years as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or other technical teams required.
- Strong understanding of multi-state U.S. labor laws (specifically CA and NY).
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and people analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of immigration processes and non-immigrant visas.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting teams in Brazil, Mexico, Costa Rica, and/or Canada.
- Practical use of AI tools to improve HR processes and decision-making.
