TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (On-site in Tampa, FL / 1-2x per week remote)

Salary: $87K - $92K

A leading non-profit organization serving a multi-county region in West Central Florida, dedicated to creating pathways to long-term stability for residents.

What you will do

  • Design and implement organization-wide development programs, tools, and processes to enhance effectiveness.
  • Partner with leadership to cultivate a learning-focused culture through annual strategic planning.
  • Oversee nomination-based leadership programs and drive succession planning initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive training materials, including digital learning content and guides.
  • Manage the departmental budget and monitor spending.
  • Track and record all development activities within the Learning Management System (LMS).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
  • Proficiency with digital learning technologies, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
  • Experience with leadership selection and succession planning.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Tampa, FL

Nice to have

  • Professional certifications such as SHRM, ATD, or HRCI.
