Salary: $91,200 – $126,000

What you will do
- Own and evolve the company onboarding experience to ensure new hires build business and cultural context.
- Facilitate learning experiences, including onboarding sessions, enterprise training, and leadership development workshops.
- Scale and iterate on existing training programs based on feedback and organizational needs.
- Support the development of manager and leadership capabilities through dedicated programs and training.
- Coordinate and facilitate company-wide forums, such as All Hands, managing the run-of-show and speaker coordination.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and partner with HRBPs and leaders to align programs with business needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills for both small groups and large audiences.
- Experience designing and delivering management training programs.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate complex topics into engaging learning experiences.
- Must reside in one of ’s states of operation in the US.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
