Talent Development Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote (Must reside in one of hirify.global’s states of operation in the US)

Salary: $91,200 – $126,000

What you will do

• Own and evolve the company onboarding experience to ensure new hires build business and cultural context.
• Facilitate learning experiences, including onboarding sessions, enterprise training, and leadership development workshops.
• Scale and iterate on existing training programs based on feedback and organizational needs.
• Support the development of manager and leadership capabilities through dedicated programs and training.
• Coordinate and facilitate company-wide forums, such as All Hands, managing the run-of-show and speaker coordination.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and partner with HRBPs and leaders to align programs with business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills for both small groups and large audiences.
• Experience designing and delivering management training programs.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate complex topics into engaging learning experiences.
• Must reside in one of hirify.global’s states of operation in the US.
• Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
