What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams in the design and development of high-quality deliverables for clients.
• Provide strategic advice on project direction, resource management, and timelines.
• Analyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights for internal and external teams.
• Independently manage projects, including client communications and meeting facilitation.
• Develop and optimize data processes, utilizing coding to facilitate efficient data handling and reporting.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal firm initiatives to drive organizational growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry preferred.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
• Deep understanding of Pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, and BI/Reporting.
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent and ongoing basis without employer-sponsored work authorization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of coding languages such as SAS, Python, R, or VBA.
• Experience with data visualization software including Tableau or Power BI.
