What you will do

• Perform high-volume outbound cold calls to residential homeowners in the Los Angeles area.
• Qualify prospects for roof inspections and repairs using provided professional scripts.
• Collect and record detailed project and contact information in Google Docs and spreadsheets for client handoff.
• Maintain consistent daily call volume targets and appointment setting metrics.
• Participate in daily team meetings to review performance and optimize conversion strategies.
• Collaborate with client leadership to refine lead generation processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in appointment setting, B2C cold calling, or outbound sales.
• Excellent English communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence.
• Ability to handle high-volume cold calling and professional rejection.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Docs, and basic spreadsheet management.
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
