Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 USD

What you will do

• Own day-to-day change execution for enterprise Source-to-Pay (S2P) initiatives.
• Develop targeted communications to drive clarity, alignment, and engagement across the organization.
• Design and facilitate role-based training for end users and suppliers.
• Conduct impact assessments and translate them into actionable adoption plans.
• Partner with procurement leaders to address resistance and track adoption metrics.
• Align change milestones with the PMO and communicate progress to the executive steering committee.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in enterprise change management, preferably in procurement or S2P environments.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from South Windsor, CT, New York, NY, or Newark, NJ.
• Experience supporting ERP or cloud procurement platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, or Zycus.
• Change Management Certification and proficiency in Prosci/ADKAR methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a related field.

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Process mapping expertise and experience creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
