What you will do

• Lead the delivery of major CPG accounts ($5M+), owning risk, commercial controls, and resource utilization.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets while ensuring alignment with client visions and objectives.
• Manage and mentor project managers and junior staff to foster a high-performance, collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with the PMO to implement governance standards and track project performance using Workfront.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project delivery, updates, and risk mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvement of agency workflows and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Chicago, IL.
• Proven experience in strategic project leadership and commercial management.
• Ability to manage high-value accounts and optimize margins/VCM.
• Experience implementing PMO methodologies and governance standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Workfront.
• Strong leadership skills for mentoring cross-functional teams.
