What you will do

• Lead end-to-end GTM process outcomes across direct and partner-led motions.
• Own the AI/Automation charter for GTMX, identifying and prioritizing use cases from Demand Generation to Purchase Order.
• Standardize and optimize GTM processes to drive pipeline visibility, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy.
• Champion a seller-first design philosophy to reduce net seller effort and improve user experience NPS.
• Manage and develop a team of Process Owners and Process Analysts.
• Define and track GTMX process KPIs, including manual hours eliminated and cycle-time reduction.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (San Jose, CA or New York, NY).
• 10–12+ years in GTM Revenue Operations, business process leadership, or enterprise transformation.
• 3+ years of experience managing process-oriented teams.
• Proven experience integrating AI, automation, or agentic technologies into business workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Information Systems (Master's preferred).
• Familiarity with Salesforce, LLMs, and change management frameworks.
