What you will do

• Plan and execute performance development and validation activities at customer sites.
• Support engine commissioning and troubleshoot technical challenges at client locations.
• Lead product development activities and ensure technical alignment across functions and sites.
• Generate innovative ideas for product improvement and contribute to intellectual property.
• Manage work packages and project timelines to serve business and customer needs.
• Provide technical training and expertise to the Service Organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in the performance development and validation of internal combustion engines.
• Proficiency in engineering tools for controls development and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time to customer sites.
• Valid driver's license and passport.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
