What you will do

• Own and evolve system‑level technical requirements and architecture for gas engine platforms.
• Serve as the primary technical interface across software, hardware, validation, and product teams.
• Lead resolution of system integration issues, complex technical problems, and performance gaps.
• Guide design decisions, technical studies, and Change Request Management (CRM).
• Support new product introductions (NPI), validation planning, and release readiness.
• Mentor system engineers and contribute to technical strategy, roadmap planning, and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading complex engineering projects from concept through execution.
• Deep technical knowledge to guide design decisions and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Ability to influence cross-functional outcomes through subject-matter expertise.
• Significant experience in product design and development throughout the full product lifecycle.
