What you will do
- Drive new client acquisition for specialized clinical studies in cosmetics and hygiene markets.
- Build senior-level relationships with R&D, clinical, and regulatory leaders at target accounts.
- Lead consultative sales cycles for bespoke clinical programs, collaborating with scientific and operational stakeholders.
- Identify white-space opportunities by aligning client innovation pipelines with clinical capabilities.
- Manage proposal strategy, pricing discussions, and complex commercial negotiations, including master service agreements.
- Provide market intelligence on emerging clinical trends and claim substantiation requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 7+ years of business development or sales experience with a demonstrated track record of closing new business.
- Proven success selling highly specialized, technical, or bespoke products or services through consultative processes.
- Experience engaging senior decision-makers and navigating complex, solution-based sales cycles.
- Must be able to perform up to 40% travel within the US.
