Business Development Manager (Microsoft 365)

Location: Hybrid based in Mississauga, Ontario (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 TC (CAD) per year

What you will do

• Manage a focused portfolio of accounts, driving adoption of Microsoft 365, Security, and Copilot solutions.
• Generate and maintain a pipeline of new business by identifying and qualifying revenue opportunities.
• Consult with prospects to assess business needs and propose tailored Microsoft 365 offerings to resolve business requirements.
• Onboard new and existing partners, aligning their Microsoft 365 business with company strategy.
• Lead the proposal generation, negotiation, and closing process to resolve objections and finalize sales.
• Host and deliver webinars to partners and educate internal employees on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Business Development experience.
• Proven experience selling Microsoft 365 solutions.
• College Diploma or Degree in a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Mississauga, Ontario office.
• Ability to travel up to 10%, primarily within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), with some travel to Canada and the US.

Nice to have

• MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certification.
• SC-900 certification.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
