Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Surplus Food Marketplace): Manage portfolio of key enterprise partners, driving account growth, retention, and optimization of meals saved through data-driven strategies and full product lifecycle oversight. Focus on strategic account planning, QBRs, risk management, consultative upselling, and cross-team collaboration to expand adoption and reduce food waste.
Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (office 3x/week)
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 + commission per annum

What you will do
- Drive account growth by owning customer success from onboarding to expansion, optimizing meals saved.
- Analyze store data for accurate forecasting, identify risks, and develop resolution strategies.
- Provide consultative support with expert recommendations on food-saving practices.
- Lead client meetings, QBRs, and presentations to ensure alignment and progress.
- Onboard and train new stores, collaborating with store-level and senior stakeholders.
- Manage portfolio autonomously, meeting KPIs, and contribute to team scalability through documentation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer success, business development, or account management selling into VP+ level; food, hospitality, media, or tech industry preferred.
- Strong accountability to manage and meet KPIs.
- Master communicator with commercial acumen and assertiveness.
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with data analysis skills for reports and projections.
- Enthusiasm for sustainability and food waste reduction.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).

- Experience with value-based selling and/or MEDDICC methodology.
