Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 annually + 40% target incentives

What you will do
- Generate demand and build sales pipeline for Microsoft-specific solutions in a defined territory.
- Manage the executive sales cycle from discovery to close, mapping business problems to offers and negotiating signatures.
- Develop value-based business cases, success metrics, and adoption plans for measurable client impact.
- Architect collaboration, productivity, security, and AI solution platforms using a services-led approach.
- Facilitate C-level conversations to align customer strategies with specific Microsoft initiatives.
- Collaborate with Microsoft to activate co-sell motions and unlock workshops and funding.
Requirements
- 7+ years of success in solutions sales, specifically focused on Microsoft platforms.
- Proficiency with M365 (Security and Collaboration), Copilot (AI), and Azure solutions.
- Technical fluency in Teams, Intune/Autopilot, Entra ID, Defender, and Zero Trust concepts.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the Sales District, up to 50% of the time.
- Must be based in Toronto, ON, Canada.
