What you will do

• Drive the overall training strategy for the Distribution and Field Sales Team.
• Develop and maintain sales training materials, including the online "Skill Pills" suite.
• Manage distribution partners in Ontario and Western Canada to implement strategies and review KPIs.
• Conduct regular trade visits to coach distributor sales forces and unlock execution opportunities.
• Analyze regional opportunities and implement plans to maximize results.
• Lead special projects such as campaign launches and market blitzes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
• Undergraduate degree.
• Prior experience working with distributors or suppliers.
• Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel 20-30%.
• Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
