Revenue Enablement Specialist (EdTech): Supporting the Business Development Representative (BDR) team by delivering training, content, and tools to improve prospecting effectiveness and time to productivity with an accent on onboarding and continuous learning. Focus on coordinating cross-functional inputs from Product and Marketing and optimizing BDR workflows through data-driven metrics.
Location: Remote within Canada or hybrid in Kitchener or Toronto, Ontario
Salary: $65,000 — $82,000 CAD

What you will do
- Partner with BDR leadership to strengthen core prospecting skills, including ICP messaging and outreach sequencing.
- Manage the BDR onboarding program by scheduling sessions, maintaining training paths, and gathering feedback.
- Develop and update BDR readiness assets such as talk tracks, battlecards, and email templates.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Product, Marketing, and Rev Ops into clear BDR-facing resources.
- Optimize tool usage (CRM, sequencing tools, conversation intelligence) and document best practices.
- Track enablement outcomes and report on BDR productivity indicators in partnership with Rev Operations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in revenue enablement, rev operations, business development, or GTM functions.
- Strong understanding of BDR goals, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Proven project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating enablement assets and facilitating sessions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related field preferred.
