Location: Remote within Canada or hybrid in Kitchener or Toronto, Ontario

Salary: $65,000 — $82,000 CAD

What you will do

• Partner with BDR leadership to strengthen core prospecting skills, including ICP messaging and outreach sequencing.
• Manage the BDR onboarding program by scheduling sessions, maintaining training paths, and gathering feedback.
• Develop and update BDR readiness assets such as talk tracks, battlecards, and email templates.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Product, Marketing, and Rev Ops into clear BDR-facing resources.
• Optimize tool usage (CRM, sequencing tools, conversation intelligence) and document best practices.
• Track enablement outcomes and report on BDR productivity indicators in partnership with Rev Operations.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in revenue enablement, rev operations, business development, or GTM functions.
• Strong understanding of BDR goals, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Proven project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating enablement assets and facilitating sessions.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related field preferred.
