What you will do

• Support paraprofessional staff in implementing policies and managing overall practice operational functions.
• Oversee staff performance, coordinate work schedules, and conduct professional reviews and mentoring.
• Lead team coordination of inventory cycle counts and fulfill inventory needs.
• Engage with clients to ensure a high-quality treatment experience and resolve complaints or conflicts.
• Maintain clinic equipment and ensure strict adherence to OSHA guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Act as a PIMS administrative super-user, providing technical assistance to the practice team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Practice Manager in a clinical setting.
• Location: Must be based in the specified Florida cities.
• Proven experience in mentoring and leading others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and conflict resolution skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk up to 80% of shift and lift up to 70 lbs.

Nice to have

• Successful completion and current certification of the CVPM program.
• 2 years of supervised experience with veterinary radiation machines.
