What you will do

• Own the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, credentialing, support, and renewals.
• Manage revenue-related operations such as refunds, disputes, and cancellations to prevent churn.
• Develop and implement SOPs and scalable workflows to ensure operational consistency and rigor.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to automate repetitive manual processes.
• Manage support logistics, including badge pairing, shipment tracking, and SLA adherence.
• Design reporting frameworks for vendor segmentation, retention risk, and performance trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in vendor or partner operations within healthcare, health tech, or medical device environments.
• Deep understanding of healthcare vendor workflows and interactions with hospitals or ambulatory surgery centers.
• Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes and creating SOPs.
• Experience managing payment workflows (e.g., Stripe), including refunds and dispute handling.
• Proficiency with CRM, ticketing platforms, and workflow tools like Jira or Airtable.
• Must be based in the United States.
