What you will do

• Own the enrollment funnel from member registration completion through clinical onboarding and sensor activation.
• Drive the strategy for funnel design, optimization, and innovation using technology and analytics to increase efficiency.
• Lead a robust process improvement program spanning care coordination, nursing, fulfillment, and clinical scheduling.
• Identify and automate bottlenecks in workflows involving human intervention, logistics, and clinical processes.
• Monitor key performance metrics including activation rates, kit delivery success, and lab test completion.
• Manage operational bandwidth and workforce capacity to balance load and avoid conversion delays.

Requirements

• 8+ years in operations, healthcare service delivery, or clinical program management in high-growth environments.
• Strong background in operational analytics and funnel tracking using tools like Excel, SQL, Salesforce, or Tableau.
• Proven ability to drive improvements in care workflows, logistics, or fulfillment operations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including clinical staff and logistics providers.
• Must be based in the US and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Company is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.

• Experience in B2B2C healthcare or digital health environments.
• Familiarity with clinical logistics such as lab processing and kit fulfillment.
