Location: Hybrid, based out of the Los Angeles office
Salary: $195,000 – $215,000

What you will do
- Define and execute the HRIS strategy aligned with overall business and HR priorities.
- Oversee the configuration and ongoing optimization of Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, and Learning.
- Establish and enforce HR data governance standards to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
- Develop dashboards and workforce analytics using Workday reporting tools to enable data-driven decisions.
- Manage system integrations between Workday and other enterprise platforms such as payroll and benefits.
- Lead and develop a team of HRIS analysts and specialists.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, or HR operations.
- 8+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including system configuration and optimization.
- Experience managing HRIS teams and cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting, compensation, performance management, and workforce planning processes.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid from the Los Angeles office.
Nice to have
- Workday certification(s) or extensive functional configuration experience.
- Experience managing HR technology transformations or Workday implementations.
- Familiarity with Workday reporting tools such as Prism Analytics.
- Experience supporting large or complex organizations.
