What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders in the airport logistics supply chain.
• Manage product delivery volumes and direct logistics specialists in daily operations within airport terminals.
• Monitor and exceed contractual metrics, KPIs, and SLAs to ensure high performance.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with retail concessionaires to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure high standards of safety and security are upheld and perform trend analysis of safety incidents.
• Utilize a proprietary company database to track service levels and perform trend analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience in Food/Beverage, Retail, and/or Airport operations.
• Experience with inventory management systems and goods-replenishment practices.
• Ability to work an overnight shift.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Proven record of customer relations management and ability to influence change.
